Morning Pages - It Can Be Lonely at the Top

Domina is my natural role and yes, I enjoy it and wouldn’t change it for all the tea in China, India and Ceylon. At times, it’s the toughest and loneliest place to be. My lil one always comes first and she needs me to stand firm in that. It is my responsibility to make sure on the important issues I don’t fail her. It’s sure not easy when they are crying and feel you are being unfair and unsympathetic. The tantrums, the whining and the tears cannot be allowed to deter a dominant when it is a matter of health, safety, security or simply knowing what will give your lil one the ability to be the best they can be. At those times it’s bloody lonely, as a dominant you don’t feel you have any support and it would be so easy to back down. If I did that, I would be failing in my duty to my submissive and that is something I don’t want to do.
