Oh wow! Yoga was something else! Why was I ever so nervous!
It's not just physical training -- you wouldn't catch me doing it if it were. It's about complete well being and I feel like I stepped of the planet for a precious moment. Everything was just so still, so perfectly peaceful. I need more of that please!!!
