And Its Goodnight From Me - In the Context of Eternity Time Doesn't Matter

This is one of my favourite zen quotes. How so much of our lives is governed by the clock? How many of us don't have enough time?

Time takes over our lives and we end up rushing about like headless chickens not allowing ourselves to pause or reflect. Its not healthy for anyone of us.

So what if taking a few minutes for a breath makes us a little late for something. Surely by allowing ourselves a moment of stillness we are more efficient and able to do what we do.
