Morning Pages - Bad Language

In addition to my morning and evening pages I am going to also do 60o seconds at lunch.

Yesterday's morning page was far to deep for my just waking up brain. So at lunch time I am going to do a 600 second scribble on a set topic or question. No limits, whatever comes up from the prompts. I will have a go at it. I apologise now if the language gets a little fresh but I do not believe in hiding behind a fear of a word. Personally I do not think any words are bad language in the right context. It is the intent behind the usage of the word not the word itself that can be good or bad.
