Morning Pages - Not Such an Ill Wind After All

I am sure everyone has experienced the feelings that something can bring nothing but wrong or bad. Often these instincts are right. On the occasions they are not it is a wonderful feeling discovering something is not as bad as we thought it would be.

When you think you are entering a closed tunnel, that relief is finding out you have options you did not realise existed. Worry and stress are at best an inconvenience at worst dangerously unhealthy. For me I found yoga and organic living at a time I was in suicidal depression and diabetes was causing me major health problems. What had I actually done wrong, I had stopped caring about and making time for me. Yoga gives me my space, a change to an organic diet has allowed me to taste food and enjoy it. I have somehow dropped several stone in weight - I am not eating a slimming diet. Yes I feel better for that and my diabetes is back under my control instead of it controlling me. I ain't complaining any.
